28 USC § 3002(15) - - It's All Disgustingly Corporate (Fascist)
I’ve written about this before. It’s why I write U$$A, Inc. instead of USA or United States of America in my blog posts. It’s not a country; it’s a massive, sprawling, Byzantine criminal corporation with roots that are centuries and thousands of years old, that probably extend far off the planet.
I’ll start with the legal definition of the United States, straight from the United States Code at 28 USC § 3002(15).
(15) “United States” means— (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States.
The so-called United States is a Federal corporation, a multi-trillion dollar business enterprise. It claims to own all kinds of things, including stock, livestock, a lot of livestock, aka, enslaved human beings, who are issued a corporate, Federal (live)stock inventory identification number at birth. No one tells you that, but look at your birth certificate. It has a red, alphanumeric code on it. That is your slave/livestock number.
Now read 28 USC § 3002(10).
(10) “Person” includes a natural person (including an individual Indian), a corporation, a partnership, an unincorporated association, a trust, or an estate, or any other public or private entity, including a State or local government or an Indian tribe.
A “person” is a natural person, i.e., flesh and blood …… a corporation ……. or any other public or private entity, including a state or local government ……
Note: even an “individual Indian” is considered to be a person. Why, imagine that! \sarcasm\
You don’t have to be an attorney to see that anything of which you can conceive is therefore a person. Any entity at all is, or can be, a “person,” including the “United States” him/her/thay/hirz/herm/itself.
And notice, what is allegedly “property” under the Unites States Code at 28 USC § 3002(12).
(12)“Property” includes any present or future interest, whether legal or equitable, in real, personal (including choses in action), or mixed property, tangible or intangible, vested or contingent, wherever located and however held (including community property and property held in trust (including spendthrift and pension trusts) ………
Any property, in both the present and in the future, including personal property, even if intangible, and wherever located and however held is evidently defined as subject to the so-called United States Code.
A close reading of the clause suggests that even intangible personal property, now or in the future, wherever it may be and however it may be held, is assumed to be subject to confiscation or control by the so-called United States.
It occurs to me that that could potentially include your personal thoughts, ideas, opinions, DNA, personal electromagnetic field, your actions, movements, habits. And notice the mention of choses in action being “property” - - this is an enormous section of the law which refers to all sorts of things, including personal rights and a very wide variety of contractual agreements. Think of it: who or what, unbeknownst to you, has their corporate contractual hooks into your DNA, thoughts, subconscious mental programming, bodily movements, physiology, etc.?
Now I am not an attorney, and that’s good! For that reason alone I am more likely to communicate forthrightly with you, than would be the case with a credentialed entity whose public writing and speech is monitored and regulated by the so-called “United States.” Attorneys have to say and do things in a certain prescribed way, or they can be disbarred and lose their government issued license to “practice” law.
Bearing that in mind, the clear purport of the three clauses above from the United States Code is that the “United States” corporation presumes to be an omnipotent all-in-all entity, presumptively arrogating unto itself unbounded and unlimited assumed authority and ownership over practically everyone and everything, whether tangible or intangible, however or wherever held, lock, stock and barrel, now and henceforth into the future.
In other words:
“On your knees, slaves!! And see to it that you do not look your red-white-and-blue overseers in the eyes or question their authority and motives!!”
But Who/What Owns & Directs the United States Corporation?
John & Nisha Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute published a very good essay last week that goes precisely to the question of who controls the “United States”:
They conclude that the so-called “United States Government” … has become little more than a shell company, a front for corporate interests.
Exactly. I concur. It is a corporate front. I have already irrefutably established that the United States Code spells that hard truth out in black and white. The USA is not a government or a country. It is a corporation.
The Whiteheads further state and I agree 100%: In the oligarchy that is the American police state, it clearly doesn’t matter who wins the White House, because they all work for the same boss: a Corporate State that has gone global.
It’s all corporate and Satanic and has been from the beginning. It’s time to wake up and see things as they are, and have been for a very long time.
Enter The Venetian Black Nobility - - And A Host of Enabling Demons
We have to go back to the 1600s, and the chartering by the British Crown of the Virginia Company and the Council for New England, as joint stock companies through the City of London, as the early foundation of the eventual Thirteen British Colonies on the East Coast of North America.
From these British Crown/City of London joint-stock company roots the United States Corporation gradually developed into what it is today.
It took more than 400 years, but here we are.
With the passage of the centuries, more and more people are asking direct questions about exactly who or what is behind this globe-spanning, corporate monstrosity.
This is a greatly simplified, CliffsNotes version of the global, power dynamic, but suffice it to say that a lot of what is happening that concerns the United States Corporation and also the European Union has ties back to the power structure of both ancient and modern Rome, and the numerous criminal mafias all over the world that interact with Rome with ties to the Khazarians and the global central banking cabal.
In the past, I have written how I perceive the Roman Empire to be alive and kicking to this day, and the “entity” that we know as the “United States” to be a latter day manifestation of Rome, right down to the same, rampant, political corruption and cultural degradation and depravity that was rife in ancient Rome. You see the concrete evidence for the Roman connection/influence everywhere, in architecture, in Latin phraseology on flags and in legal usage, and even on the dollar bill and Great Seal of the “United States” where the following Latin words appear:

Here’s the United States Supreme Court, explicitly built in a Roman style.
Enlarge the photo and look up at the frieze that is above the entrance. Just to the right of center is a kneeling Roman soldier with a large fasces upright beside him. In other words, the so-called “Supreme Court” is under Roman law, under fascism, as signaled by the Roman soldier with the fasces.
The examples are numerous and found throughout the “United States.” Here’s the Utah State Capitol.

The Unites States could just as well have been named New Rome. I very strongly suspect that the Deep State of the so-called “United States” is in reality a continuation of the Imperial Roman State into modern times. Look at the Roman fasces, the centuries-old symbol of Imperial Roman power, on the wall behind the rostrum of the Speaker of the House in Washington-DC. This is where the laws of the United Sates are made. And there are prominently placed two, huge, Imperial Roman fasces.

Well, that’s the House of Representatives, what about the United States Senate? I present for your edification the Unites States Senate Seal, with two Roman fasces at the bottom.
I submit that the so-called “United States” is a straight up fascist corporation, with the prominent, conspicuous display of Imperial Roman fasces by the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court and United States Senate amounting to an in-your-face statement of the fact.
In fact, the fascist roots of all this go back for centuries, even for thousands of years, back to powerful, ancient, bloodline families, political organizations and alliances, criminal mafias, religious sects and power centers, and more. It isn’t simple; it isn’t recent; and a lot of it ties back to Italy, to the Roman Empire, the Vatican, the Black Venetian Nobility of Northern Italy, and beyond.
It’s a dark history, a bloody history, a frankly Satanic, demonic history with evil tentacles extending through the centuries, and all over this planet.

Note that the Council is bipartisan, nonpartisan, very chameleon-like, Satanically vile, and commits unspeakable crimes as a matter of course, all the while feigning deep probity and respect for liberty, freedom and the public welfare.
By the way, this ancient, fascist/criminal, Roman/Italian mafia, global control model certainly applies to Ecuador (where I presently live), as much as to the “United States.” Look at the national flag of Ecuador.
Do you see the Imperial Roman fasces at the center-bottom? As for the criminal mafia aspect of national “governance,” Ecuador is riven from one end to another with vicious, murderously violent criminal cartels and gangs involved in cocaine trafficking, bootleg gold mining and trafficking, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, dirty money laundering and more; as well as a whole suit of corporate and banking entities involved in gold and copper mining, petroleum extraction, banana production and export, so-called “mega-projects”/public works projects, multi-billion dollar national “credit” packages with ruinous terms, etc.
Ecuador is not in any way the exception. Government at all levels all over the world is in cahoots with myriad criminal mafias, cartels and gangs, intimately intertwined with the Fortune 1000 companies and huge banks. It’s one, big, slimy welter of Satanic, exploitive, murderous, ruinous corruption.
A large part of this planet is ruled under the Roman fasces. It’s not just Ecuador and the U$$A, Inc. The evidence is abundant and ubiquitous. You don’t have to look hard to find it.

This last example also carries with it a Latin motto: Per aspera ad astra, meaning "Through hardships towards the stars". Here is a blatant allusion to three stars. Perhaps the three stars that form the belt of the Orion Constellation?
Much more could be said about all this. I strongly feel that this global, ancient, fascist control system may have its origin off the Earth, elsewhere in the galaxy. In country after country, in police and prison agencies, in academic fraternities (out of which societal/political/legal/military/industrial/financial leaders emerge), in parliaments, political parties and more we find the Roman fasces. Its pervasive presence across the planet as an important power symbol, used over and over again, screams that the Roman fasces, i.e., fascism, is a persistent controlling force on this world, and has been for thousands of years.
